Wine is not a product but the experience of a relationship. For this reason it’s unique and unrepeatable. It comes through the personality of every single vine that is in relation with a precise terroir, different from the one 100 mt far; with an unpredictable vintage, that in the rapid succession of days, hot and cold, rainy or arid, will be never repeated; with a real man, who, harvest after harvest, in the long process of acknowledgement that only the land can provide, acts, decides whether taking actions or not, leaving in the bottle the sign of his “hand”. We’ll never be able to “measure” the quality of a wine according to the numerical parameters (polyphenols, acidity…): it would be like talking about the charm of a woman simply listing her measures!!!
Wine expresses the excellence of creation, it gives us the feast in which we go beyond the limits of our daily routine: wine “gladdens the heart”. So it is that wine and with it the vine have also become images of the gift of love, in which we can taste the savour of the Divine.
