Wine expresses the exquisitiness of creation ; It allows us to celebrate in a way far superiore to what we are generally used to day - to - day ; Wine "instructs" the Heart. In this way wine and the vine have become in a way symbols of Love, and in and through these symbols we can and will eventually experience the knowledge of the Divinity.
